Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must have construction or property preservation experience.
- Contractor's License For Trades
- Cleaning Services, Landscape maintimance and Debris Removal (Trash out) No Contractor license is Required
- Must have a digital camera
- Must have internet/email access
- Must have a cell phone
- Must be able to submit photos in a zip file of all work completed. Before/during/after photos. 640 X 480 Pixals
- Must be willing to provide bids for repairs
- Must be willing to conduct property inspections on all bid and repair orders.
- Must be able to meet expedited turnaround times of 24-48 hours when required
- Must hav general liability insurance and workers comp for employees (Check with your state on Requirments)
- Must have your own equipment
- Understanding of HUD, FNMA, FHLMC processes, policies and procedures is a plus
- Vendor must have a minimum of at least $250.00 to purchase locks or material from their local hardware store. **Purchase will be reimbursed**
