We have 35 combined years of experience in the mortgage, real estate, and construction management industries. Freeman Built offers an array of services that protect and preserve our client's collateral throughout the period of the foreclosure process or the sale of the property. Our staff understands the importance of performing quality work, with quick turn - around times, at fair reasonable pricing. Why Freeman Built Was Formed
Freeman Built, LLC, ("FB") was formed to meet the need for a national provider of general maintenance, preservation, and inspections/evaluations of abandoned and nearly vacant commercial, industrial, multi-family and signal family real estate. General maintenance and preservation consist of the tasks necessary to ensure that the property retains value and does not deteriorate from the physical state it is in when initially vacated, become subject to vandalism, or receive a citation from the local governing authority for its physical condition. Historically, only a small percentage of the commercial & residential properties in the United States were defaulted, vacant or abandoned. As a result, until now there has not been a need for a national provider of general maintenance and preservation of abandoned and vacant commercial & residential real estate. However, since 2007, the downturn in the economy has caused a sharp decline in commercial & residential occupancy rates. At the same time the number of defaulting commercial & residential properties is growing, with expectations of severely worsened numbers yet to come. As such there is an unprecedented and growing need for a national provider of general maintenance and preservation of abandoned and vacant commercial & residential real estate.
